Scheduled Upgrade Outage:
We’re upgrading our network capacity this week! It’s a good thing, but the process will require a short internet service outage as our fiber provider performs some necessary infrastructure work on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at 5 pm.
We’re told it will take just a few minutes (perhaps up to an hour), but want to make sure everyone has a heads-up that there will likely be an interruption of some sort. Fingers crossed that it will be short and sweet. Thank you for your patience as we continue working to serve you to the best of our ability – we are sincerely grateful for each and every one of our customers!
