If you prefer, you can easily update your auto payment information in our online system by following these simple steps:

Log into your Client Zone. You can find the link on an invoice, payment due email or here. Alternatively, contact us, and we can send you an invitation email to set up your access.

Click on the ‘Settings’ gear icon at the bottom of the menu on the left side of the screen.

Click on ‘Payments.’

Click on the ‘Add Subscription’ button.

Select the day of the month you want your auto payment to run. Verify the dollar amount and frequency, then click the ‘Save’ button.

Cancel your old subscription/card info. To do this, simply hover over it in the list of Payment Subscriptions and click the ‘Cancel Subscription’ link.
