The main factor we look at when checking if you’re in our service area is whether you can see a nearby distribution point from your property. This spot connects our network to the internet and sends the signal to customers. If you can see it from your house, there’s a good chance we can provide service. That said, visibility isn’t the only thing that matters. Other factors like terrain, trees, and distance can affect the signal. Even with a clear line of sight, we may still need to run a quick test to be sure.
